Learn To Live With The Environment

We live immersed in a society in which leisure for the little ones is always linked to consumption and spending, with the premise the more expensive, the better the experience. We can no longer be against this type of leisure, so we offer you a series of experiences that, as educators, we can offer our children for very little money and many of them for free.

Children must learn that caring for the environment is caring for human life. It is important, therefore, that they learn that human beings have the responsibility to use resources wisely, to live, not to destroy.

If we destroy the environment, we will be harming ourselves and others, even future generations. Taking care of the world is taking care of ourselves.

More and more families prefer to live away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The quality of life that can be experienced in a place surrounded by green areas is undoubtedly much higher. On the other hand, living in an area with nature usually comes with the disadvantage of having to get away from the comforts of city life.

Here we present some of the benefits of being in connection with nature:

A happier life

When we surround ourselves with nature, we return to the most basic that life offers us, and we can connect in the best way with ourselves and others. In addition, it is proven that the green color and the sound of the leaves of the trees fill us with tranquility.

Say goodbye to stress.

Being in a more natural environment, we can breathe better since the plants provide us with purer and more oxygenated air. This helps regulate our stress levels. Reducing noise also helps a lot. In an environment where there is nature, the noise of the city is less, and we can feel at peace more easily.

More exercise

Having a space open to nature is very beneficial for our well-being. Exercising in these areas helps us clear our minds and feel more motivated to stay in shape.

Decrease bad mood

According to a study by the University of Illinois, the United States, it has been proven that people who live in places surrounded by nature have less irritability. In this study, where the behavior of 150 people who lived in buildings with green areas was analyzed, it was also found that people who had views of more generous and social natural areas, that strong sense of community made them feel more secure.

Benefits of trees in cities

– They work like natural sponges. When rains occur, they absorb water and prevent flooding. This also means less need for sewerage in cities.

– Its leaves purify the air, trapping carbon and other pollutants that pose a problem for humans.

– Avoid high temperatures since, with their absence, buildings can absorb up to 10 times more solar radiation than when there are trees nearby.
